Trina Smith
Trina and her significant other entered into life stability coaching with Dani in April 2022. Trina walked into her first session with two pages of notes she wanted to start working on. We got to work, immediately. Since that time, we have been able to start knocking off items. As Trina’s coach, we looked at her list together, prioritized, and I got to work opening up doors and opportunities for Trina to step in. I try to do my very best to set Trina up for success, but she does the work. She shows up and each time and when “roadblocks” pop up, we talk to each other and search for a new route. We are committed to working together to get Trina where she is trying to go. So far, she has updated her resume and gotten a job closer to home to increase her income and decrease transportation costs. She is truly an all-star of the FreshStart program at CHC!

Sharon Adair
Volunteering at the Community Hope Center has been without a doubt one of the biggest blessings of my entire life! Several volunteers meet for a devotional where we are encouraged, then pray for the guests God will send us that very day. What a joy to ‘hang’ with like-minded fellow Christians as we each do our part to serve the community to the best of our ability – a true synergism. We choose/strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

“It’s the first step then smaller steps to follow that will then lead to some of the greatest accomplishments!”

The first step I took was coming to the Community Hope Center years ago for help which is now turned into one of the greatest blessings and is now part of one of my life’s greatest accomplishments so far!!
